1. Oregon’s Willamette Valley, United States

2. Hokkaido, Japan

No Bake Willamette Valley Blueberry Cheesecake Recipe.

Given how tasty blueberries grown in Oregon’s Willamette Valley are, you might be craving a delicious and refreshing cheesecake dessert that requires little effort and uses blueberries from this region, am I right?

Well look no further and wait no longer, below is a no bake blueberry cheesecake recipe.   With its creamy texture, tangy blueberry flavour, and buttery crust, this dessert is sure to impress your taste buds.

The Recipe.

Before we dive into the reasons why this Willamette Valley Blueberry Cheesecake is so delicious, let’s start with the recipe:

Ingredients:

1)   250 grams McVities Digestives Crackers, Crushed.

2)  Around 100 grams of Lurpak Unsalted Butter.

3)  2 cups Philadelphia cream cheese, nicely softened.

4)  About 230-240 grams of CSR Icing Sugar.

5)  1 teaspoon Queen Natural Vanilla Extract.

6)  1 cup of fresh Willamette Valley Blueberries (if you’re lucky enough to have some).

7)  1 cup of Musselman’s Blueberry Pie Filling.

8)  Some Devondale Whipped cream for decoration.

Instructions:

a)   In a non porous glass mixing bowl, combine the McVities Digestives Crackers crumbs and melted Lurpak Unsalted Butter.

b)  Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased Springform Pan or Cake Tin. to form the crust.

c)   In a separate non porous glass mixing bowl, mix the Philadelphia cream cheese, CSR Icing Sugar, and Queen Natural Vanilla Extract until it’s all nice and smooth and super creamy.

d)  Now we just need to very gently fold in those beautiful looking Willamette Valley Blueberries, being careful not to over do it.

e)   Pour the cream cheese mixture you made over the crust in the Cook & Dine Cake Tin and spread it over the surface area evenly.

f)   Refrigerate this Blueberry cheesecake for at least 5-6 hours, or until it has visibly set.

g)   Once your Willamette Valley Blueberry Cheesecake has nicely set, gently remove it from the Cook & Dine Cake Tin and pop it onto a serving plate.

h)  To cap things off, cover the top of this Willamette Valley Blueberry Cheesecake with the absolutely yummy Musselman’s Blueberry Pie Filling and decorate it with the Devondale whipped cream.

i)    Slice it up and naturally serve it to your yourself chilled, although it might seem difficult given how incredibly delicious you know this Willamette Valley Blueberry Cheesecake is going to taste, you may have to share it with your friends and family too.
